There was one problem, however: with the gas mask in place, the visor no longer sat sufficiently snug in the helmet.<\/p>\n\n<p>The customer sent a handful of the helmets and gas masks in question to Zweko Optics. Based on this sample, we formed several prototypes, which we subsequently fine-tuned during a meeting at our production site. As a result, the customer was able to respond to an attractive tender in just a matter of weeks, while expanding its product portfolio at the same time.<\/p>\n\n<p>The visor we produced has an unusual shape on the sides. This large deformation is made possible by the combination of our unique forming process and our thermoformable, abrasion and fog-resistant ViewTec\u2122 coatings.
